Forging the Path
Founder of Compass Cast, Livi Abney, was intentional about the origin of the company name. As a former athlete and coach, she wanted to lean into her Human Design personality trait as a Projector. Similar to a compass, Projectors are skilled at guiding and forging the path forward. The word cast has dual significance: the first being a cast of light, illuminating the path for clients and the second represents the talent as a cast of characters often represented in the entertainment industry. Together these words form Compass Cast — the guiding star for talent.
